Cancellations and Exchanges
Thank you for your interest in purchasing through us! All sales are final, orders cannot be cancelled or returned or exchanged so please make sure you ask us any questions that you have prior to placing your order at email@example.com
All customers should take in consideration that every computer/phone monitor settings are different and therefore may have a slight colour difference between the actual product & photos.
Defects and Refunds
Returns on exceptional basis at discretion of BabyChinos as each product is carefully inspected for defects prior to listing.
If you so happen to find any defects with your order i.e. stains/damage/missing buttons/holes on your items, please fill out the Returns Form below within 14 days of receipt of your items and indicate clearly where the defect is. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that all items must be in the same condition as they were received in; unworn, in saleable condition, with all tags intact (if any).
Once your returns is approved, please ship your items to us following the instructions below.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1. Drop off your returns at your nearest SF Express station
2. Request for “Pay by Sender” payment method

Fill out RETURNS FORM below
Once we’ve received and verified your returns, please allow us 7 days to issue you a Store Credit of the same amount from your original purchase (valid for 6 months).
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
